Vet Pawer App
Please note: You will need to use the email that you have given our clinic. If you need to change your email please let us know and we can update that for you.
How to retrieve your registration code
- Install the “Vet Pawer” app from the App Store or Google Play.
- When you open the app tap on “Next/Continue” or “Skip” until you reach the “Welcome!” screen
- Tap on “Don’t have code” near the very bottom of the screen. It is possible that the phone keyboard may pop up and block this from view.
- Input the email address you have provided our clinic. It is purposefully covered so you can’t see all the letters. This screen is simply to verify that you are who you say you are.
- Once you receive the email, which may take several minutes, enter the code into the app and it should take you directly to your account information. If you have accounts at both of our clinics, enter the code you receive from your main clinic.
